Karen was trained as an engineer and moved into investment banking after taking an MBA at London Business School. She was a banker with 17 years of experience in Investment Banking and Capital Markets fund raising in the U.K. and Hong Kong China. She worked in China Merchants, Nomura, Macquarie Capital, Cazenove, Barclays Capital and successfully listed a total of US$100bn of IPOs in Hong Kong China. She also had extensive business travel in Mainland China and overseas leading delegations to institutional investors worldwide.

Karen will be leading Series A financing for the Company.
