Prof. Peter Chong is the President and CTO of Zyetric Technologies and Zyviz.com. He is leading the R&D team of the company to develop our cutting-edge Computer Vision technologies.

Together with Dr. Patrick Lam, CEO of the company, Peter also cofounded P2 Wireless Technologies. He has also sold majority of his shares in the company to Alltronics Holdings Limited, a public company in Hong Kong, in 2016. Peter is a Full Professor and an Associate Head of School (Research), School of Engineering, Computer and Mathematical Sciences, at Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada, in 2000. He is currently also an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Information Engineering, CUHK, and an Honorary Professor at Amity University, India.

His research areas include Computer Vision, AI for 5G networks, and machine learning. He has published over 300 research articles and over 16 patents.</p>
