Job Duties

  1. 1 year relevant experience in Accounting / Administration

  2. Diploma or above in related disciplines

  3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  4. Prior experience with accounting software Xero would be an advantage

  5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  6. Good in computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing

  7. Strong sense of responsibilities and confidentiality, and able to work independently

  8. Good interpersonal & organization skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

  9. Eye for detail

Requirements

  • 2 or 3 days per week

  • Handle general accounting duties and administrative support

  • Input and maintain accounting transactions in computer system

  • Process cash reimbursement and reconciliation on petty cash

  • Assist in recruitment process including job posting, interview arrangement and on-boarding process

  • Perform ad-hoc assignments when required
